Emmy-Nominated Casting Director Comes To Silverthorn Studios

Silverthorn Studios co-founder Taylor Abrahamse here! I'm delighted to report I've co-lead a professional voice acting workshop with Emmy-Nominated Casting & Voice Director Susan Hart. I have built a career for myself as a voice actor, playing the lead characters in series such as The Stanley Dynamic (YTV), Fangbone! (Disney XD), and Beyblade Metal Fury (Cartoon Network). I've had so many people ask me over the years about 'breaking in' to the industry that over the past year,  I decided to provide some private coaching on animation voice acting. 

Teaming up with Susan was a great experience, giving insight directly from one of the industry's big decision makers.  I had the pleasure of being directed by Susan throughout the episodes we've recorded so far of Fangbone, and she has got to voice direct such heavyweights as Mickey Rooney & Martin Short. Over the past twenty years, she has truly become one of Canada's most sought-after animation voice & casting directors.
